TYPICAL DISHES

Last Saturday we met with the guys again. This time was different, was about typical food in our countryes.

In this meeting we have tried to teach how to make some of the most typical dishes of Spain, Spanish omelette (tortilla de patata) . First we have selected the ingredients (eggs, potatoes, oil and salt). Following this we worked in a group dealing with ingredients, some cut, others beat eggs … etc

While doing this we have written on the board the name of the ingredients, in English, Spanish and Dutch, and we have tried to pronounce it correctly and learn from it.


Then we had to cook. The part that surprised him the most was to turn the tortilla in the pan. I attach the photos of these moments:


Thomas and Arne made us pankakes typical of their country (Belgium). They were made of milk, eggs, vanilla sugar and flour. They were delicious.


The best part of the day was eating it.
