We had a lunch at a Japanese restaurant. And talked about the difference in catering culture between China and Finland. It’s definitely something interesting. For example: my finnish team mate don’t eat much fish. But fish is an important nutrition in China. Health, without extra fat. Obviously an excellent source of food. Rice is another common food in China. In Finland. Potatoes seems like something like main food. In the north. There are reindeer tartar. Meatballs in the south. And black sausage in Tampere. But the one that i prefer most is the salmon soup.
